TimelyText is led by Ronnie Duncan, Founder and CEO. With more than 30 years’ experience in business operations, sales, and technology, Ronnie is keenly attuned to the changing world of business communication needs. Ronnie focuses on the client side of the business helping organizations define and identify the right mix of skill sets to effectively and efficiently meet their needs. Before TimelyText, Ronnie was a partner with TimelyText Vice President, Adrian West at Advanced Concepts (later Advacon), which focused on technical writing contracts. Vice President Adrian West is a career communicator who focuses on supporting our associates on the job, while assisting with recruiting and business development. Adrian leads the behind-the-scenes mentoring system that is the hallmark of TimelyText’s service to its associates.

Ronnie earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. Heavily networked in the area’s business community, Ronnie is an active participant in several associations and is frequently asked to speak on topics ranging from career development to interviewing and negotiation skills. When he’s not cultivating new opportunities for TimelyText, Ronnie enjoys his daily pursuit of fitness (at the Y), playing tennis, spending time with his adult children, and rooting for his beloved Tarheels.

TT Staff Web_AdrienAdrian West, Vice President – Adrian West is a career communicator who supports our associates on the job while assisting with recruiting and business development. Adrian leads the behind-the-scenes mentoring system that is the hallmark of TimelyText’s service to its associates. Having spent much of his career as an independent contractor, Adrian is in his element mentoring others in the field. Facilitating Local Learning Leader Roundtables is one way that he keeps current with tools, trends, practices, and strategies in the corporate L&D world. Since the summer of 2018, he has co-facilitated Roundtable groups for corporate Learning Leaders in the Raleigh/Durham area. Two Roundtable groups meet monthly, over lunch, to exchange helpful hints, feedback, and ideas. The interchange has been very successful, even inspirational, and he learns something new at every session! Adrian holds a BS in communication from Ohio University. When he’s not busy assisting the success of TimelyText associates, Adrian might be found spending time with his grandchildren, exercising at the Y, or pursuing outdoor recreation (skiing, kayaking, or riding his Harley).

Brant Wilkerson-New, Marketing and Recruiting Lead – Brant joined the team in 2021 after a seven-year run in journalism that allowed him to cover everything from high-school lacrosse to ACC basketball. His focus is getting to know new corporate communications professionals and helping those who have established long-term relationships with TimelyText. As a former journalist, Brant’s strength lies in his ability to listen to candidates and tell their stories – as both people and professionals – to our clients.

That skill is also useful in telling the story of TimelyText’s expertise in the corporate communication space and the long track-record that established it as North Carolina’s go-to resource provider.

When he’s not talking with new candidates, Brant spends too much time following college basketball, attempting to get fit at the Y and taking road trips with his wife, Lauren. He also writes a Substack newsletter focused on baseball and basketball at his alma mater, UNC Wilmington.

Gary Baker, Marketing/ Administrative Assistant – Gary Baker joined us in 2017 as TimelyText’s Marketing/Administrative Assistant. In his career Gary has held a variety of positions including HR Manager, Safety Coordinator and he ran his own online retail site.  Gary got the opportunity to be a stay-at-home dad for his two daughters and loved every minute.  Gary has a BS degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech. Gary enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Pat Jablonski, Accounting/Office Manager – Pat Jablonski is a is an exceptional accounting management professional with over twenty-five years’ experience assisting clients to establish, maintain, and improve accounting and financial reporting processes and procedures. Her clients have included engineering firms, medical practices and software products/service companies. ​Pat holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Her other interests include traveling and spending time with her three grandchildren.
