Abrigo first partnered with TimelyText in 2019 when we began investing in professionally developed materials to train our clients on how to use the Abrigo software solutions. TimelyText provided us with two instructional designers who joined us first as contractors and then moved to full-time employees as we saw the value in their work. They continue to be integral members of our Implementation team. When a need arose last year to formalize product guides for some of our business lines, we again reached out to TimelyText for support because of their expertise in technical writing.

Our partnership with TimelyText has enabled us to serve our own clients more effectively, and we continually get positive feedback on the quality of the content. I also love that our “content shared services team” are constantly growing themselves in the latest trends in adult learning. They bring that passion to us so that we can better serve our clients.
