President/CEO and Founder
With more than 30 years of experience in business operations, sales, and technology, Ronnie is keenly attuned to the changing world of business communication. He focuses on helping organizations identify the right skill sets to effectively meet their needs. Before creating TimelyText, Ronnie was a partner with Adrian West (who later became TimelyText’s vice president) at Advanced Concepts (later Advacon), which focused on technical writing contracts. Heavily networked in the area’s business community, Ronnie is an active participant in several associations, and is frequently asked to speak on topics ranging from career development to interviewing and negotiation skills. He enjoys his daily fitness routine at the Y, playing tennis, spending time with his adult children, and rooting for his beloved Tar Heels.
Vice President
Adrian leads the behind-the-scenes mentoring system that is the hallmark of TimelyText’s associate support. Having spent much of his career as an independent contractor, Adrian is in his element mentoring others. Facilitating local Learning Leader Roundtables is one way he keeps current with tools, trends, practices, and strategies. Since 2018, Adrian has co-facilitated two monthly roundtable groups for corporate learning leaders in the Raleigh/Durham area to exchange challenges, feedback, and ideas. When Adrian isn’t busy assisting in the success of TimelyText associates, he can be found spending time with his grandchildren, exercising at the Y, or outdoors— skiing, kayaking, or riding his Harley.
Marketing and Recruiting Lead
Brant joined the team in 2021 after working for seven years as a sports journalist. His focus at TimelyText is getting to know our associates and telling their stories to our clients. He also employs his journalistic skills to tell of TimelyText’s expertise in corporate communications and its long track record as North Carolina’s go-to resource provider. When he’s not talking with our associates, Brant says he spends too much time following college basketball, enjoys road trips with his wife, Lauren, and promises he’ll start working out this year. Brant also writes a Substack newsletter focused on baseball and basketball at his alma mater, UNCW.
