Areas of interest: TimelyText works with clients in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, software, and banking.

In the beginning: TimelyText was founded when Ronnie Duncan identified and responded to a local need for contract writing at area technology companies. Two months later, Adrian West (bio) joined TimelyText, reuniting with his former business partner from a previous iteration of the company. After just a few short years, TimelyText emerged as the largest, most successful technical writing services company in the Carolinas and holds that position today. TimelyText works to remain in touch with the pulse of local business trends, changing needs and advances in technology that impact the training and communications spheres.

Before TimelyText: Ronnie and Adrian originally partnered at Advanced Concepts (later Advacon), founded by West in 1986, which eventually became the largest contract-based technical writing and editing firm in the Carolinas. Over the years, they've worked together to focus on delivering value in the communications and training industry, learning to understand the unique requirements of communications projects.
