Ronnie Duncan
Ronnie Duncan, President, and founder of TimelyText, opened the company for business in February, 2003.  A North Carolina native and UNC alumnus, Ronnie is an experienced entrepreneur, starting his first business venture in 1991.  Prior to TimelyText, Mr. Duncan was a Partner at Advacon (formerly Advanced Concepts, an RTP-based technical writing and editing firm) where he held primary responsibility for Business Development and Sales.  Over the years, Ronnie has amassed an impressive client list including most of the Triangle area’s top firms.

Mr. Duncan is a strong proponent of relationship-based sales, which he feels is at the heart of his success.  As a business owner, Duncan has built an admirable reputation for customer support, bringing results-oriented communication solutions to technology-based businesses since 1994.  Around the RTP community of professional technical communicators, Ronnie Duncan is sought after as a mentor, coach, and speaker.

Adrian West
Adrian West is an experienced technical communicator, having started in his first position as writer and trainer in 1979.  Mr. West’s first foray as entrepreneur came in 1986, when he formed Advanced Concepts, where he served clients across the eastern seaboard as a freelance technical writer until expanding and incorporating the business in 1994.  At the time of his departure from the company in 1998, Advanced Concepts was the largest contract-based technical writing and editing firm in the Carolinas.

After a short term as General Manager at TPS, a rival firm in the technical communication services arena, West re-united with former business partner, Ronnie Duncan, in April of 2003.
